New York Fashion Week Math Lesson with Camilla Olson

With a B.S. in Microbiology and a M.B.A. in Marketing, Camilla patented several products and founded five companies before pursuing her M.F.A. at the Academy. She participated in the LVMH Creative Briefing Design Challenge this summer. Inspired by the movie “Blade Runner” and samurai arts, Camilla’s collection represents women as rebels breaking the restrictions of their historically constrained roles. The soft silk under-dresses represent a woman’s inner nature and the outer ‘cage’ is her strength and armor.

Wow, I am in awe of Camilla’s dress. I just found out that I wouldn’t be able to make it to the fashion show even if I won tickets. Would it be possible at all to see Camilla’s collection at another time or via email?

hey!..just thought wonder if I can produce the show via live web cast??..so I can stay in Marin and not have to go to NY.???? I recently directed a shoot for 180 magazine without being anywhere near the set…all done from mapquest!..OMG dont cha just love technology?……recluse me up!

Ah, I will unfortunately be at a metal concert at Gramercy Theatre on the 10th at 8PM. Sigh. Hopefully photos and/or videos will be posted afterwards!
